Publications

A number of publications are regularly produced by the LPFA for Fund members, pensioners and employers. There are also a variety of publications providing information on the LPFA's policies and plans and these are described under Public Policy Statements with links to each document or publication.

The two key corporate publications produced annually by the LPFA are the Annual Report and Accounts and the Strategic Policy Statement.

Annual Report and Accounts 2010-11

There is a statutory requirement for the LPFA to prepare an Annual Statement of Accounts for public inspection and audit.  LPFA also produces an Annual Report of its activities which is circulated to all scheme members. The full documentation of the annual report and accounts is published and copies placed in main London libraries, as well as on the LPFA web site.

Strategic Policy Statement (2011 to 2014)

The Strategic Policy Statement (PDF 4MB - link opens in new window) covers a three year period and is prepared in accordance with section 402 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999.  The Act requires LPFA to prepare a statement containing a draft budget, including any levy requirement for each financial year, and a statement of strategic plans and objectives for the next three financial years. Both statements must be submitted to the Mayor by 31st December preceding the start of each financial year.
