Freedom of information

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act came into force on 1 January 2005. The LPFA has produced a model publication scheme (PDF 263 KB - link opens in new window) as required by The Information Commissioner with effect from 1st January 2009. It details the type of information the LPFA will publish. If the information that you wish to request is not included in the publication scheme contact Greg Smith on 0207 369 6058 or corporate@lpfa.org.uk. LPFA does not provide direct links to all the information it publishes, but uses this website to hold the majority of the information.

The publication scheme also details LPFA’s charging structure which may be appropriate in some cases.
